What Is HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness race that blends functional strength, endurance, and running into one unique competition.
Each race consists of 8 running segments paired with 8 functional workout stations—including sled push, sled pull, rowing, ski erg, burpee broad jumps, farmer’s carry, and more.
It’s the ultimate all-round fitness challenge designed for every level, from total beginners to elite athletes.

You’ll learn how to move better, push harder, and race smarter.
