Danny is the founder of Koh Fit Thailand, bringing over 15 years of hands-on experience in the fitness industry. A former British Army soldier with a background in private security across Iraq, Afghanistan, and Africa, Danny’s approach to training is grounded in discipline, resilience, and real-world physical preparedness.
As a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Danny leads from the front. His no-nonsense coaching style is the backbone of Koh Fit’s results-driven training culture - combining functional fitness with strength and conditioning that actually delivers.
Whether you’re looking to build serious strength, improve your endurance, or completely transform your body at our fitness retreat in Koh Samui, Danny’s military work ethic and unwavering professionalism make him the coach who’ll push you beyond what you thought possible.


Mo combines his academic knowledge with real-world experience to design tailored training programmes and deliver motivating classes that help people push beyond their perceived limits and achieve their goals.
A strong believer in the power of mental resilience, Mo regularly challenges himself to test his own physical and psychological boundaries.
In recent years, Mo’s become a dedicated competitor in HYROX, one of the fastest-growing fitness sports in the world. He thrives on the physical and mental demands of competition and is passionate about continually learning and developing new training methods.
His goal is to help everyone, from complete beginners to elite athletes unlock their potential and perform at their very best.


Ann brings a calming presence and years of yoga experience to the Koh Fit team. Her own personal transformation through yoga inspired a passion for helping others reconnect with their bodies, build flexibility, and find mental clarity through mindful movement.
She’s taught in top studios across Thailand, from Bangkok and Phuket to Krabi and now Koh Samui, and holds certifications in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Hot Yoga. Her training includes time at Bangkok Yoga School, World Yoga Alliance in Rishikesh, and Absolute Yoga Academy.
With a deep understanding of alignment and breathwork, Ann creates a welcoming, supportive space for all levels. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, her classes are designed to help you move with purpose, recover deeply, and feel more balanced on and off the mat.


Bruce is a dedicated fitness professional with a lifelong passion for health and wellness. His fitness journey began at the young age of seven with martial arts training, followed by a focus on weightlifting and bodyweight exercises during his teenage years.
With over 10 years of experience in personal training, Bruce specializes in helping clients achieve their fitness goals, including weight loss, and guiding them towards a happier, healthier lifestyle.
He prioritizes active listening to understand each client's unique needs and creates customized workout programs designed to achieve desired results, overcome challenges, and unlock their full potential.


With over ten years of experience as a personal trainer and coach, Roy knows exactly what it takes to bring out the best in people — physically and mentally. He has accumulated more than a thousand hours of one-on-one training and group sessions, and every single one has sharpened his approach and deepened his understanding of what real transformation looks like.
His background in the military and law enforcement has shaped him into the coach he is today. Discipline, perseverance, and mental resilience are not just words to Roy — they are principles he lives by and passes on to every client he works with. He knows what it feels like to push yourself to the absolute limit, and he knows how to do it safe, smart and with purpose.
His areas of expertise are sustainable weight loss and measurable strength gain. Roy does not believe in quick fixes or fad diets. What he does believe in are proven methods, progressive overload, smart nutrition, and consistency. Every training program he designs is fully tailored to your body, your goals, and your current level.


Hein is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with 6 years of experience helping clients improve their strength, fitness, and overall performance. With a background in strength training, hypertrophy, conditioning, and functional fitness, Hein designs effective training programs tailored to each client’s goals and abilities.
His coaching focuses on proper technique, progressive training, and sustainable results. Whether clients want to build strength, improve movement, lose body fat, or become more confident in their fitness journey, he provides the guidance and support needed to help them achieve their goals.
