Why Get Tested at Koh Fit

Training hard is only half the equation — recovery , hormones, nutrient levels, and organ function all shape how your body performs and feels.

Our bloodwork panels are designed to catch what a “feeling off” can’t always explain, and to support smart, informed decisions about your training, recovery , and long-term health.

Recommended for:

–  Athletes wanting a performance and recovery baseline

–  Anyone with unexplained fatigue, poor sleep, or low energy

–  Preventive annual health check-ups

–  Monitoring existing conditions (kidney , liver , hormonal)

–  Frequent travelers and long-term expats wanting a health MOT
