Your Muay Thai class will be led by our in-house instructor who is a specialist in martial arts, and has a huge wealth of Muay Thai fighting & teaching experience both on the mats and in the ring.
Each class will have a different focus; from perfecting your basic punches technique right through to perfecting your kicks and elbows!

Your class will be led by our highly qualified and skilled coaches. Each day will have will have a different area of focus, keeping the classes fun and engaging whilst ensuring you build whole body strength and tone.
Stretches and mobility work that compliment the movements you’ll be doing in the workout that day.
Learning the basics of Muay Thai, you will be taught fundamental manoeuvres including jabs, hooks, blocks and more.
Using the skills you’ve learnt, you will go through a mixed circuit of pad work, bag work and sparring, building up a sweat whilst practicing your Muay Thai skills.
As a group, you will be shown relevant stretches to reduce muscle soreness and aid recovery.
