Each Saturday you will alternate between the Beach Circuit and the Jungle Hike, this class starts early so you can enjoy the fresh, cool morning air.

Start the weekend right in our Saturday morning class, where you will be completing a fast paced circuit along the beach or hiking to a cultural land mark. This is your chance to witness the tropical beauty of our island, Koh Samui, whilst getting a great workout.

People of all athletic abilities are capable of joining our class, as workouts can be scaled in load and intensity to suit your capability whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced athlete. Your class will be led by our highly qualified and skilled coaches.

Take on the mountain in our 10km jungle hike, where you will test your motivation and ability to push yourself. This is not a race and individuals can set their own pace, getting the opportunity to take in your amazing surroundings as you head towards the top. Feel the great sense of achievement when you reach the peak and see the breathtaking views of the island from above, set in a traditional Thai temple with Buddha statues.

Beach Circuit


Make the most of training on our tropical island and head down to the beach for a fun, fast paced circuit. You’ll start by warming up with a gentle jog up and down the stretch of the beach, taking in the morning sunrise over the ocean. Burning plenty of calories, you’ll move through a series of circuit stations using a variety of equipment including kettlebells, battle ropes, slam balls and more. Finish off with a dip in the ocean, sun on your face and sand between your toes, working out has never been so enjoyable.
