This circuit consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. Get ready to break a sweat as you work your whole body to the music
This circuit consists of Ten exercises under a 45/15 work to rest ratio at ultra-high-intensity. Designed to torch body fat and kick calories into oblivion! We like to change the routine on a daily basis as to keep the body guessing, learning and growing.
Begin a prescribed number of reps of an exercise at the start of a minute and then rest for whatever time you have left until the next minute starts. Try something new with this dynamic workout style.
Push your body to its limits in this challenging, calorie killing workout. Grab a partner to take on the air bike and rowing machine as you compete against your class mates for the most calories burned.
