Came to Thailand to compete in the spartan race. reasonably unfit I had a good look at gyms around phuket and Koh Samui in preparation, I came across kohfit in Koh Samui and was blown away by the facility, the ability and organisation of the staff. I was that impressed with the place I have extended my stay and come back to train for another week. Will be coming back !!
