Detox

The retreat starts with a 7-day detox programme to rid your body of harmful toxins. Your body stores toxins as fat cells to protect itself; unfortunately, this leads to your fat cells getting larger as you accumulate more toxins in your body. When you start getting rid of the toxins, your fat cells shrink, which will also affect your weight. In some cases, this release of toxins can yield a weight loss of 1 – 2 kilos within a few days.

During your retreat, it’s important not just to lose weight, but to adopt a healthier lifestyle to take with you when you leave. One way to do this is to change your eating habits and learn what foods give you the nutrition you need and what foods you need to cut back on. Good nutrition keeps the body healthy, helps us live longer, and lowers the risk of serious health problems like heart disease, obesity and type 2 diabetes.

In each session we will target different areas of the body to give you variety and help you stay focused and motivated. This also allows our instructors to impart valuable training tips you can take home to continue your fitness training. 

Cross-training

Designed to burn the most calories in the least amount of time, our cross-training classes keep your fat-burning tempo at its maximum. This is achieved with a mix of high and low-intensity exercises that keep your body guessing. The mix of varying-intensity exercises helps you build strength, power, speed and endurance. Everything you need to handle daily life better and with more agility! 

Our cross-training sessions are designed to be suitable for all ages and fitness abilities. We can customise the session according to your comfort level while allowing you to achieve the maximum benefit from the workout. 

Beach & Jungle Training

Combine sightseeing and training during your weight loss vacation in Thailand!

What better way to work out than to sweat it out with Mother Nature? We launch you into the weekend by combining training and sightseeing into a seamless activity. Our 5-kilometre jungle hike can be taken at your own pace, with a leisurely hike or a blistering trek through the jungle. However, if you choose the latter, you might miss the breathtaking views of Koh Samui from the elevated viewpoints! 

Alternatively, you can enjoy a fat-burning training workout on the beach with the sun on your face and the sweet salty air surrounding you. Take a gentle jog along the beach while burning calories, and finish off with a series of fat-burning stations. There’ll be a variety of equipment for you to choose from, including kettlebells, battle ropes and slam balls. After your satisfying workout, you can cool off in the ocean.
