Danny is the founder of Koh Fit, and previously served in the British Army and for a number of private security companies in Iraq, Afghanistan and Africa.
Fitness has always been a massive part of his life, where he has had to maintain a high level of fitness & readiness for operation requirements.
Danny has a very professional no-nonsense approach to training which definitely rubs off on his clients.
He is a Qualified level 3 personal trainer with over 15 years experience in the fitness industry.
Rob, a former rugby player and accomplished CrossFit athlete, brings 11 years of fitness industry experience to Koh Fit. He began his career as a Personal Trainer at the age of 21 and has since gained diverse experience across various gym environments.
Previously the Head Coach at CrossFit Faber in England, Rob boasts 4 years of dedicated CrossFit coaching experience. His functional coaching style emphasizes foundational movements, including squats, deadlifts, presses, and upper body pulling, while also guiding clients towards mastering advanced skills like bar or ring muscle-ups and Olympic lifting.
Rob has a proven track record of helping clients achieve their weight loss goals through a combination of effective training and nutritional guidance.
Ann is a seasoned yoga instructor with over 10 years of dedicated practice. Her journey began with a profound personal transformation through yoga, inspiring her to share her knowledge with others. Ann has taught at studios across Thailand, including Bangkok, Phuket, Krabi, and now Koh Samui.
Ann holds a Teacher Training Certificate in Vinyasa style from Bangkok Yoga School and has deepened her practice through further studies in Hatha Yoga at the World Yoga Alliance in Rishikesh, India, and Hot Yoga at Absolute Yoga Academy. She continually seeks opportunities for professional development and is passionate about sharing her love of yoga with others.
Bruce is a dedicated fitness professional with a lifelong passion for health and wellness. His fitness journey began at the young age of seven with martial arts training, followed by a focus on weightlifting and bodyweight exercises during his teenage years.
With over 10 years of experience in personal training, Bruce specializes in helping clients achieve their fitness goals, including weight loss, and guiding them towards a happier, healthier lifestyle.
He prioritizes active listening to understand each client's unique needs and creates customized workout programs designed to achieve desired results, overcome challenges, and unlock their full potential.
