We offer strength and conditioning classes with the main focus on raising the metabolism, stabilising joints and creating a stronger body.
How do we do this?
Lifting weights develops muscle tissue and muscle tissue is responsible for your metabolism therefore building more muscle tissue will increase your metabolism which in turn will aid fat loss.
Creating a strong and stable body is important no matter the age or gender, strong joints backed up with strong tendons and ligaments will give you a solid foundation to live a healthy life.

Every workout can be scaled in load and intensity to suit individual capabilities
Each session will have a different area of focus to ensure your body and mind stay stimulated and that your muscles continue to adapt and recover to a heightened state. Building a strong, well balanced structure will pay dividends in everyday lifestyle tasks.
Stretches and mobility work that compliment the movements you’ll be doing in the workout that day.
Learning a combination of push, pull and leg exercises that work multiple muscle groups at the same time.
Conditioning to improve muscle endurance and cardiovascular ability, allowing you to push harder and go for longer.*
As a group, you will be shown relevant stretches to reduce muscle soreness and aid recovery.
