Joined the Total Fitness retreat for 2 weeks initially then extended it by another week. Amazing experience with people from all other the globe. Koh Fit Thailand is more than a fitness retreat its a life changing experience. This was my second time at Koh Fit and it was just as amazing. The instructors here are very approachable and also certainly know their stuff, they really know how to push you to your limits. By far the best gym I’ve been to in Thailand, it has every weights machine you could ever want, a huge selection of free weights, kettle bells, CV room, cross fit area, circuits area, Thai boxing area, BJJ area, a huge pool, ice baths, this gym has everything you need and run by friendly staff!
